Our Matcha soft cream mix has been designed to make it easy to create an incredibly fresh Matcha Soft Serve. We use the highest quality Japanese Matcha powder which we source from one of Japan's most successful and discerning green tea manufacturers. This, along with our delicious Hokkaido Gold ice cream base, makes the best Matcha soft serve ever! The ice cream can also be used for making Matcha Lattes and Matcha Floaters.
