Shipping and Click & Collect Policy

At Fast Direct Packaging, we aim to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the information below regarding shipping, same-day delivery, Click & Collect and estimated delivery timeframes.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping starts from $14.25.
  • Heavy, bulky or oversized products may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Bulky products—including bubble wrap, foam products, large packaging items and oversized goods—may incur an additional surcharge due to their size, weight or handling requirements.

Order Processing and Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Order volumes;
  • Stock availability;
  • Courier delays;
  • Severe weather or other unexpected events;
  • Public holidays; and
  • The delivery location.

If your order is urgent, please contact us after placing it. We will prioritise dispatch where possible, but we cannot guarantee a particular dispatch or delivery date.

Once an order has been dispatched, Fast Direct Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier. We will assist with reasonable delivery enquiries where possible.

Same-Day Delivery

Same-day local delivery may be available in selected areas, subject to distance, scheduling and driver availability.

Same-day delivery availability and pricing will depend on:

  • The delivery location;
  • The size and weight of the order;
  • Our delivery schedule and capacity; and
  • The time the order is placed.

Please contact Fast Direct Packaging directly to enquire about same-day delivery before placing a time-sensitive order.

Click & Collect – 24/7 Parcel Lockers in St Marys

We offer free 24/7 Click & Collect from our St Marys, NSW warehouse using secure parcel lockers.

Our parcel lockers allow you to collect your order at any time of the day or night, without being restricted to normal business hours.

How Click & Collect Works

  1. Place your order online and select Click & Collect at checkout.
  2. Once your order is ready, you will receive a message containing your locker number, collection instructions and PIN code.
  3. Visit our St Marys warehouse and collect your order from the designated locker at a convenient time.

Please do not visit the warehouse until you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.

Orders must be collected within 48 hours of being placed in a locker. If you cannot collect your order within this period, please contact us as soon as possible.

Our Click & Collect service is free, convenient, contactless and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Damage in Transit and Shipping Insurance

All orders are packed carefully to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Once dispatched, orders are handled and transported by third-party delivery carriers.

Customers may be offered the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout.

If Shipping Insurance Is Selected

  • We will assist with submitting and managing the courier claim.
  • A replacement, refund or other resolution may be offered depending on the circumstances and outcome of the claim.

If Shipping Insurance Is Not Selected

  • Claims for parcels lost, stolen or damaged while in the carrier's possession may need to be lodged directly with the carrier.
  • Fast Direct Packaging will provide reasonable assistance with the claim where possible.
  • Any resolution may be subject to the carrier's investigation and applicable terms.

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products;
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery; and
  • Keep all packaging materials until the claim has been assessed.

Stock Availability

We aim to keep the stock information on our website as accurate as possible. Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and may:

  • Offer a suitable replacement product;
  • Provide a refund for the unavailable product; or
  • Provide an updated estimated dispatch date.

Important Shipping Information

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Fast Direct Packaging is not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers once an order has been dispatched.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, except where required by law.
  • Heavy, bulky and oversized products may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Express shipping may not be available for certain bulky or oversized products.
  • Customers must ensure their delivery address is complete and correct before submitting an order.
  • Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
  • Shipping insurance may be available as an optional extra at checkout.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer guarantees.
