A: Our office is open from 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

A: We offer a variety of shipping options:
• Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $13 Australia-wide.
• Express Shipping: Flat rate of $19 Australia-wide.
• Same-Day Local Delivery: Available if you’re within our local range.
• Bulky Items: A surcharge applies for some larger items.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–10 working days.
• Express Shipping: 1–4 working days.
Please note that delays outside our control (e.g., weather, courier issues) may occasionally occur.
Q: Can I click & collect my order?
A: Yes! You can pick up your order from our warehouse in St Marys, NSW. Simply select “Local Pick Up” at checkout.
Click & Collect Instructions
1. Place Your Order: Visit our website, place your order, and select “Click & Collect” during checkout.
2. Receive Your Details: You’ll receive a message with your locker number, access instructions, and a unique pin code.
3. Collect Anytime: Retrieve your items at your convenience, day or night.
Note: Please collect your items within days of receiving your locker information. If you’re unable to collect on time, contact us for assistance.
Q: Where is your warehouse located?
A: Our warehouse address is 3/15-17 Charles Street, St Marys, NSW.

Returns and Issues
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 90-day return policy with no questions asked. To be eligible:
• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for change-of-mind returns.
• Refunds apply to item costs only, not shipping fees.
Q: What should I do if I never received my order?
A: In the rare instance your order doesn’t arrive, please contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
