A: 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

A: Yes all products on our website are inclusive of GST.
Q: What are the shipping options & costs?
A: We charge flat rate of $8 for standard, $12 for express shipping Australia wide & we also offer same day local delivery from $10. If the order total is $50+ you will receive free standard shipping. Read more about our shipping options here
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Standard shipping is from 3-10 working days, express shipping is 1-3 days, please note other delays might occur outside our control.
Q: Can we click & collect?
A: Yes, we offer pick up from our warehouse in St Marys NSW, you are able to select this in the checkout.
Q: Can I pick up outside of business hours
A: We are very flexible if you are unable to arrive during business hours for pick ups, we are happy to make other arrangements with you for example, meet up before 9:00am after 5:00pm or organise local delivery. If time and arrangements are made in advance we can even meet you at the warehouse on weekends.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: We have a 90 day no questions asked for any returns, the item must be unused & the buyer will pay return shipping for change of mind purchases. Shipping costs are not refunded, only the cost of the items.
