Click & Collect Guide
Collecting your order from our St Marys warehouse is quick and easy. Follow the instructions below to find us and access your parcel locker.
For security, our warehouse and parcel locker collection area are under 24/7 back-to-base CCTV recording and surveillance.
Finding Our Warehouse
Enter the address above into Google Maps, Apple Maps or your navigation system.
Enter the warehouse complex
Enter the complex at 15–17 Charles Street, St Marys.
Proceed to Unit 3
Unit 3 is located on the right-hand side of the complex. Continue down the driveway towards our warehouse.
Park near our warehouse
You may park in any available car space or directly in front of our unit's roller door while collecting your order.
Collecting From the Parcel Locker
If your order has been placed in a Click & Collect Parcel Locker, you'll receive the details required to open your assigned locker.
Locate your assigned locker
Find the parcel lockers outside Unit 3 and locate the locker assigned to your order.
Enter your PIN
Enter the assigned PIN code using the keypad on your parcel locker.
Turn the dial & open
After entering the correct PIN, turn the dial to unlock the locker and collect your order.
Close the locker
Once you've collected your order, please make sure the locker door is closed securely.
After-Hours Access
The warehouse complex gate operates during the following access hours.
Locate the side gate
Go to the side access gate shown in the image below.
Unlock the gate
Reach through the gate and unlock the back latch.
Enter the complex
Once the latch is unlocked, open the gate and proceed to Unit 3 and the parcel lockers.
Close the gate securely
After collecting your order, please ensure the side gate is closed securely behind you.
