1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1 By entering this giveaway (the Competition), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made by Fast Direct Packaging Pty Ltd (the Promoter, we, us, or our) are final.
1.2 The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter, its partners, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
1.3 This Competition is governed by Australian law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and territory laws and regulations.
2. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY
2.1 To enter, participants must:
a. Make a qualifying purchase of $25 or more through our website during the Competition Period.
b. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook.
c. Share the Giveaway post on their social media.
d. Complete the official Giveaway entry form.
2.2 All four steps must be completed for an entry to be valid.
2.3 The Competition runs until 20 December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
2.4 Entries are limited to 1 entry per customer, regardless of the number of purchases made.
2.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, ineligible, or suspected of fraudulent activity.
3. PRIZE DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION
3.1 There are 10 prizes in total, with a combined maximum retail value of $5,804.40, including product value, supplies and shipping.
3.2 The prizes are as follows:
• 5 x Ninja Swirl by CREAMi – each prize includes 2 packets of Vanilla Whip & Dream soft serve.
• 5 x Ninja SLUSHi Professional Machines – each prize includes 2 x 2L slushy mixes (randomly selected flavours).
3.3 Winners will be drawn randomly on 21 December 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT.
3.4 Winners will be notified via email or phone within 3 business days.
3.5 Winners must respond within 7 days to confirm their prize and provide a valid delivery address.
3.6 If a winner fails to respond within the required timeframe, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at its discretion.
3.7 Prizes will be dispatched to the winners’ addresses provided through the entry form.
3.8 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
4. ADDITIONAL TERMS
4.1 The Promoter may request proof of purchase, identity, or social media verification before awarding a prize.
4.2 By entering, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from the Promoter. You may unsubscribe at any time.
4.3 The Promoter is not responsible for:
• late, lost or misdirected entries
• technical failures
• website outages
• social media platform issues
• courier delays or delivery problems
4.4 The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4.5 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, or Ninja Kitchen.
