How to Use:
1. Thickshakes with a Blender:
Ingredients:
• 200g ice
• 125ml water
• 100g Thickshake Base (add last)
• 30ml flavoured syrup
Method:
1. Add ice and water to the blender, followed by the Thickshake Base.
2. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
3. Garnish and serve!
Milkshake Variation:
• Use 175g ice and 150ml water for a thinner consistency.
2. Thickshakes with a Thickshake Machine:
1. In a mixing bucket, combine 3.5 litres of water with 1.5kg Thickshake Base.
2. Whisk for 45 seconds until fully dissolved.
3. Pour the mixture into your machine and serve as needed.
3. Soft Serve Machine for Thickshakes:
Ingredients:
• 250g soft serve mix
• 150ml milk
• 30ml flavoured syrup
Method:
1. Mix the soft serve powder, milk, and syrup in a large cup.
2. Blend or mix using a hand-held blender or milkshake maker.
3. Adjust the amount of soft serve mix for a thicker or thinner shake.
4. Frappe Beverages with a Blender:
Ingredients:
• 90g Frappe Base
• 150ml water
• 150g ice
• (Optional) Double shot of espresso or flavoured syrup
Method:
1. Add frappe base, water, and ice to the blender.
2. Blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
3. Add espresso or syrup, pour into a glass, garnish, and serve.
Pro Tips for Flavour Variations:
• Creamier Texture: Use 2 litres of water and 2 litres of whole milk per sachet.
• Chocolate Deluxe: Mix 120g cocoa powder with 400ml boiling water and add to your ice cream mix.
• Coffee Espresso: Mix 40g coffee powder with 200ml boiling water and stir into your ice cream mix for a rich coffee flavour.
