A true favourite of young and old, Edlyn's Muffin Mix is delightfully moist and a delicious vanilla flavour. Create different flavoured muffins by adding extra ingredients e.g. chocolate chips, apple & cinnamon etc..

Wheat Flour (Thiamine, Folic Acid), Sugar, Canola Oil, Skim Milk Powder, Egg Powder, Raising Agents (541, 500), Thickeners (1422, 412), Emulsifiers (471, 481), Salt, Citrus Fibre, Flavour, Colours (102, 110)

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Opened bags should be sealed to maintain freshness.
Directions for use
Mixing Instructions:
1.Add water to mixing bowl and then add the Muffin Mix.
2. Using a paddle, mix on low speed (1st) for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
3. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
*OPTIONAL: Blend the fruits or chocolate chips gently into batter.
4. Deposit batter into muffin tray lined with paper cups.
Baking Instructions
Standard Muffin 80g: 210°C for 20-25 minutes
Large Muffin 120 -150g: 190°C for 30-35 minutes
