Preparation and Ingredients

Basic Recipe

To prepare, combine 1kg of Classic White Blondie Mudcake Mix, 0.480kg of water, 0.210kg of egg, and 0.180kg of oil in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix on slow speed for 1 minute, then scrape down the bowl. Continue mixing for a further 3 minutes on slow speed until well combined. Deposit the batter into a paper-lined baking tin and bake at 175°C until baked through. Once baked, transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely before serving or decorating.
