Preparation and Ingredients

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a paddle attachment, mix on slow speed for 1 minute and scrape down the bowl. Continue mixing on slow speed for a further 4 minutes until the batter is smooth and well combined. Deposit the batter into a paper-lined loaf tin and bake at 180°C until baked through. Once baked, remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool before serving or decorating as desired.
