Preparation and Ingredients

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk attachment, whisk on slow speed for 1 minute, then scrape down the bowl. Continue whisking on high speed for 3 minutes and scrape the bowl again. Reduce to slow speed and whisk for a further 1 minute until the batter is smooth and aerated. Deposit into a paper-lined baking tin and bake at 170°C until baked through. Once baked, transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely.
