Preparation and Ingredients


Combine 1kg of Classic Madelena Rich Cake Mix MB, 0.650kg of water, and 0.120kg of oil in a mixing bowl. Using a beater, mix on low speed for 2 minutes, then scrape down the bowl. Continue mixing on medium speed for 4 minutes until a smooth batter is formed. Scale as required into desired tins, then bake at 160–170°C until fully baked through.
