Preparation and Ingredients

Combine the scone mix and water in a mixing bowl and blend on low speed until a dough forms. Continue mixing until smooth, then allow the dough to rest briefly before rolling out. Cut into desired shapes and place onto a lined baking tray. For best results, brush with milk or glaze before baking. Bake in a preheated oven at high temperature (around 200–220°C) until golden brown and cooked through.
