Preparation and Ingredients

Combine Mauri Lam-Kote Mix with boiling water in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix on slow speed for approximately 1 minute or until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. Allow the coating to cool slightly while ensuring it remains fluid (warm but not set). Dip sponge cake pieces into the coating, allowing excess to drain off, then roll in coconut or desired toppings before setting

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa powder, beef gelatine, modified maize starch (1422), vegetable oil (canola), vegetable gum (412), and salt.
