Preparation and Ingredients

To prepare Mauri Fromage Cheesecake Mix, combine the required quantity of the cheesecake mix with water and any additional ingredients in a mixing bowl, then mix on slow speed for about one minute. Scrape down the bowl and continue mixing for several minutes until the mixture becomes smooth, light, and creamy. Once fully blended, deposit the mixture into prepared moulds or bases, level the surface, and bake if required or chill until set, depending on the application. After baking or setting, allow the cheesecake to cool before removing from the mould and finishing as desired
