Preparation and Ingredients

Place water and eggs into a mixing bowl, then add the muffin mix.
Using a beater, mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape down the bowl.
Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add oil and blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
Scale approximately 160g batter into muffin trays lined with paper cups.
Bake at 200°C for approx. 30 minutes or until fully baked
