Preparation and Ingredients

Combine Mauri Choux Pastry Mix with water and eggs in a mixing bowl. Using a paddle attachment, mix on low speed for 1 minute until ingredients are combined, then mix on medium speed for several minutes until a smooth, pipeable batter is achieved. Pipe onto lined baking trays in desired shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180–200°C until well risen, golden, and crisp. Avoid opening the oven during baking. Once baked, allow to cool before filling with cream, custard, or desired fillings.
