Preparation and Ingredients

Ingredients

Freeze-Dried Acai Powder, Demerara Sugar, Maltodextrin, Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum), Acidulant (Citric Acid), Guarana, Aroma, Vitamin C.

Preparation Instructions

  1. Add 1kg of Acai Powder to 4.5 litres of cold, clean drinking water.
  2. Mix using an electric blender on HIGH speed for at least 5 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Once completely blended, pour the mixture into your soft-serve machine.
  4. Allow the machine to freeze the mixture according to the manufacturer's operating instructions.
  5. Dispense and serve.
