Our rich caramel ice cream has overtones of toffee and butterscotch, with a tang of sea salt that speaks of breaking waves and glorious summer days. It's the perfect balance of sweet and salty. The luxurious flavour is matched by the silky texture that melts in your mouth. Our Sea-salt caramel is available in both 'Traditional Caramel' and 'Ocean Blue' (special order) colours as shown in the photos.
