Insulated Foil Food Bag

Ordered some insulated bags, received pop corn. Then told to wait for the correct order until I returned the pop corn that I never ordered, paid express post. Whole process took 2 months. In my opinion if you f up you make it right ASAP. Not going to be a return customer, good luck

Never received my order. Aus post said the order was labelled however 30 days later, I emailed to query and was advised the company is having an unexpected break & that they’d refund my order. The order has not been refunded since that conversation 2 weeks ago.

Ordering insulated foil bag and paid on 17 dec 2025 until now 09-01-2026 havent recieved the product, no apologies no news aswell.
