It carries matcha, roasted tea, cherry blossom and other similar flavours very well, and it's gluten free! Made from our famous Hokkaido Gold powder that is sold all around the world, this soft serve has an authentic Japanese vanilla taste that is extremely distinctive. With our signature smooth silky texture this product is ideal for Asian style outlets, tea rooms, high end restaurants and buffets, and Asian inspired eateries.
