Instructions For Regular Set Jelly

  1. Add 2kg of Jelly Crystals to 5 Litres of boiling water
  2. Stir until dissolved
  3. Add 5 litres of cold water and stir
  4. Pour into moulds and cover
  5. Place in refrigerator to set at least 6 hours
