Donut Mix

Create delicious donuts. This mix can be fried or baked. Dust your donuts with cinnamon sugar or dip them into glaze.

Make donuts at home or the markets with the same mix used by the professionals.

Option for 1KG, 5KG or 15KG bag.

Just add water and mix, you can use a donut hopper, teaspoon, ice cream scoop to make donut balls or a donut cutter. Can be used by automatic donut machines also.

1. Set oil to 180 degrees
2. Mix 1KG of mix to 425 of water
3. Mix for 1 minute, scrape the bowl
4. Let the mix rest for 10 minutes
5. Mix again for 1 minute
6. Spoon mixture into donut machine or scoop out into the oil
7. Cook until golden brown

The 1kg mix will yield approximately 20 donuts.
